“Sail Away with ME” needs you to share your spirit of hospitality with our guests and speakers during the 2009 National Marriage Encounter Conference, Aug 6 – 9, 2009. 

Prerequisites:  Come with a “Welcome Aboard” spirit

Hospitality Schedule - as of 2/4/09

Hospitality Needs
Greeters  – Welcome our guests aboard by helping them find their stateroom or cabin & assist with their luggage.
When:  Thursday (Aug 6) any time from 12:00 pm – 6:00pm
Who:    Volunteer as an individual, a  couple or a family for an hour or more.

Meal Hospitality – Assist guests during mealtimes with beverages or trays.
When:  Sign up for one (or more) mealtime during the cruise.
Who:    Volunteer as an individual, a  couple or a family for an hour or more.

Speaker Hospitality – Meet speaker upon arrival.  Escort him/her during their time on campus.  Read introduction to attendees before presentation.
When:   Various speakers on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.
Who:     Volunteer as an individual or a couple.

Children’s Program  -  Assist the children’s program coordinator with whatever needs to get done.
When:   Contact the children’s program coordinator.
Who:     Contact the children’s program coordinator.
